We are a small, family run, registered Property Company called Lapis Lazuli Lda. We have lived in Central Portugal for over 14 years, but have been coming to this area for 19 years. We have 2 young sons who go to the local schools and we have good experience of the calmer, stress free way of life here in Portugal!

As well as finding and selling properties, we can assist with architects, constructors, carpenters, electricians and building suppliers as part of our after sales backup. We can help people restore, renovate, or build from new in their absence, or while they are here, working alongside Portuguese architects and building constructors. Additionally, we have 30 years experience of landscape design and maintenance, and this service is available as part of our portfolio.

How to find us: We are 1 1/2 hours drive south from Oporto airport, and 2 1/2 hours drive north from Lisbon airport, and are readily accessible on the new motorways and infrastructure. Coimbra has a train station for fast, clean services from Oporto or Lisbon. There is also a bus service, but by far the best way to see the area is to hire a car. The cheapest option is to book the car when you book your flight.
